Praise Report from Christy Doyle
Christy Doyle, missionary in Papua New Guinea, is in the U.S. on a temporary medical leave. She recently wrote an update on how she is doing after her foot surgery:
“I want to thank everyone for your prayers. I've felt them. I know my recovery has gone well so far because people have been praying. I want to praise God for that. And, I'm very thankful that I didn't have all the nerve pain that I had anticipated, which I had had after my previous two major foot surgeries. I've been on meds, yes, but I also know my body as a whole has felt better this time after the surgery than the other two times. So, PRAISE GOD!”
Christy is making sure to rest her foot as it heals, as it’s possible she tried to be too active too quickly before.
Thank you for your prayers for Christy during her recuperation in the U.S. Please continue to pray for Jacob, who is with his mom, as well as Larry, Lawrance II, and Amaziah who remain in Papua New Guinea for school and work responsibilities.
